1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fijrazku's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Fijrazku provides regulatory guidance, litigation support, and dispute resolution services. All services are provided by qualified legal professionals in accordance with German law and professional standards.

3. Scope & Limitations

• Services are advisory in nature unless otherwise specified in a service agreement
• We are not liable for decisions made based solely on our guidance
• Clients remain responsible for all legal compliance obligations

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate fully with our team. Delayed or incomplete information may affect service delivery timelines and quality.

5. Confidentiality & Privilege

All client information is treated as confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable under German law. We comply with GDPR and German data protection regulations.

6. Fees & Payment

• Fees are outlined in individual service agreements
• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Overdue payments may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

Fijrazku's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or violation of German professional standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice, except where ongoing litigation or regulatory matters require continuity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law (NRW jurisdiction). Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under German procedural law.

10. Changes to Terms

Fijrazku reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
